Virtual Mobility Work

30 Min

During this virtual session (via Zoom), we will cover specific exercises or self massage techniques that you can implement at home to improve mobility, decrease tension and improve overall body wellness. I recommend scheduling the free 15 min consult prior to booking this session so that we can discuss your needs specifically.

Remote Partnered Bodywork

60 Min

This is a great way to still receive hands on bodywork if you have a partner or live with family/friends/roomates. It is an hour long, guided massage (via Zoom), during which, my partner and I will demonstrate and guide you through some useful, yet simple, massage techniques that you can give and receive at home.

Remote Partner Requirements:

  • Must have a consenting partner who is able and willing to perform massage on you

  • Have a couch, bed or yoga mat space where you can receive bodywork

  • You must sign up for the free 15 min Phone Consultation prior to scheduling this session

  • You will need a device to set up Zoom (camera, computer, phone that can be set up for visual access)
