90 Minute Session

Service Description

This 90 minute session, you will receive 15-20 min of body attunement as we focus on and map out the landscape of how your body and mind are in the present moment. From there we devise a treatment strategy to focus on during the remaining session. This strategy may involve Somatic Stress Release© work, direct bodywork, or a blend of both. At the end of each session, there will be time to process the experience before shifting back to your day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require 24 hours notice. If you do not give at least 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay up to the full amount of your appointment. If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount of the session. Please let me know with as much advance as possible if you cannot make your appointment so that it can be filled by someone who needs it. Exceptions will be made for medical emergencies.
